Ocean-Front Mini-Suites

Beautiful ocean view and private deck. Queen canopy bed, living room area, large screen TV, VCR, coffee maker, and refrigerator, thick bathrobes, lots of candles and much more.

Family Suite

Sleeps six. Large full kitchen. Living room with two pull-out queen sofa beds, separate bedroom with queen canopy bed for Mom (and Dad), large bathrooms, some including spa, two TVs and VCR for the kids.

Courtyard Rooms

Two large queen beds with coffee maker and refrigerator. Many have small kitchens and a breakfast nook.

Owner’s Private Getaway

When the owners are not in town, their private suite is available. Spectacular ocean view, private deck, king bed, large heart-shaped jet spa, tile bathroom, fireplace, coffee maker and refrigerator, 27-inch TV, VCR, Home Theater "surround sound" system, disc player, thick bathrobes, and much more.

New Courtyard Spa Retreat

Our newest and best rooms. Partial ocean view, Jacuzzi tub for two, fireplace, Bose music system (including disc player), 27-inch TV, VCR, Cabana beds, Sultan’s Couch, and more. These are playfully exotic and romantic rooms for adventurous folks.

Courtyard Deluxe

Our most recently upgraded rooms, featuring a palate of bright Mexican colors, romantic Cabana beds, large screen TVs, VCRS, thick bathrobes, candles, and more. Some rooms feature fully private skylit spa tubs.

The Inn at Avila Beach also now features an in-house massage specialist. The Inn staff will also assist you in making arrangements for arranging golf, tennis, deep sea or pier fishing, hot-tubbing, swimming in a large mineral spring pool, a full spa massage, bicycle riding, surfing, kayaking, bonfires on the beach, as well as reservations at many of our fine local restaurants.

All of the above are located in the small community of Avila Beach - most within steps of the Inn at Avila Beach.
